Using Career Panda
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Keep your account information accurate, protect your credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
The service
Career Panda organizes career information, job-search activity, agent support, reminders, documents, and subscription tools. Features may vary by plan, role, availability, and account status. We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.
Agent-supported work
Career agents may help organize applications and job-search activity according to the service and your plan. Career Panda does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, employer responses, or a particular immigration outcome. Application information should be reviewed and reported if it appears incorrect.
Visa and work-authorization information
The Visa Tracker provides organization, reminders, and informational guidance based on information entered into the platform. It is not legal advice, does not replace a qualified immigration attorney or school advisor, and does not determine eligibility or government requirements. You are responsible for confirming deadlines and requirements with the appropriate authority.
Your content and documents
You retain responsibility for the information and documents you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide them and that they do not knowingly violate another person’s rights. Grant Career Panda permission to store and process submitted content only as necessary to operate and support the service.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, pricing, renewals, invoices, cancellations, and payment methods are managed through Stripe and the applicable checkout terms. Access may be limited or paused when a payment is past due, a subscription is cancelled, or a plan is otherwise inactive. Existing records may remain available for history and audit purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or use the platform to abuse, harass, or deceive others.
Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We use safeguards intended to protect the service, but no internet-connected system is completely risk-free. You should use strong credentials and avoid sharing passwords, payment details, or private access links.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by law, Career Panda is not responsible for decisions made by employers, schools, government agencies, payment providers, or third-party services, or for indirect losses arising from their actions or unavailability.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means the revised Terms apply. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create security, legal, or operational risk. You may request account closure through the available account process.
