Career Panda is built around sensitive career and work-authorization information. We aim to collect what is useful, explain how it is used, and keep access aligned with the work being performed.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide, including your name, email address, contact information, career preferences, application activity, visa and work-authorization details, uploaded documents, and subscription records. We also collect limited technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use information
We use information to provide the Career Panda platform, support your job-search workflow, coordinate agent assistance, maintain your Visa Tracker, process subscriptions through Stripe, send service notifications, protect accounts, and improve reliability.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed to provide the service: with your assigned Career Panda personnel, service providers acting on our instructions, payment provider Stripe, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Documents and sensitive information
Uploaded resumes and visa-related documents are stored in private systems with access controls. Access is limited according to your account, assignment, sharing permissions, and operational need. Do not upload information that is not necessary for your Career Panda workflow.
Payments
Career Panda does not store full payment-card details. Stripe processes payment methods, invoices, renewals, and billing events under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
We retain account, application, billing, audit, and security records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Account closure archives the account; it does not automatically erase records that must be preserved.
Your choices
You may review and update permitted profile information, manage notification preferences when available, access billing controls through Stripe, and request account closure. Some records cannot be edited or removed when retention is required for operational, legal, billing, or audit purposes.
Security and legal boundaries
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Career Panda provides organizational support and reminders; it is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not determine immigration eligibility.
